Over the weekend of the 16-17th April 2011 Academy Manager Ricky Martin took a Norwich City Under-19 squad to Guernsey for the 2nd Clydesdale Bank International Tournament.

 The format for the weekend was a four team tournament with each team playing each other once in 60 minute matches. 

The other teams taking place were Guernsey Rovers FC, Jersey Scottish FC and Hearts Under-19s (Scotland). 

The tournament was staged at Guernsey's National Stadium in St. Peter Port with the Norwich team residing at the Cobo Bay Hotel. 

City ended up second in the tournament following two draws and a victory with Hearts winning the competition. Former England international Mark Hateley was on hand to present the trophy. City were cheered on by two fans with Richard Bland and Roy Blower from FONCY both making the trip to the Channel Islands. 

v Guernsey Rovers FC – Saturday 16th April 11am Result 1-1  

Team: Remi Matthews, Dean Florence, Harry Barker, Michael Clunan (45. Matt Ball), Kyle McFadden, Sam Habergham (45. Taylor McKenzie) , Ryan Oakley (40. Sam Kelly), Richard Brindley, Jack Werndly, Henry Randall, Josh Dawkin.

Goals:  1-0 (20., Guernsey), 1-1 (55., Matt Ball).

v Jersey Scottish FC - Saturday 16th April 4:15pm Result 2-0

Team: Jed Steer, Jason Dobbs, Kyle McFadden, Taylor McKenzie, Harry Barker, Cameron McGeehan, Richard Brindley, Matt Ball, Dean Florence, Josh Dawkin (47. Jack Werndly), Sam Kelly.
