A week after visiting Reading and being on the end of a 4-1 deafeat, Norwich City Under-18s played host to Reading Under-18s in a friendly at Colney on Saturday with the Canaries running out 1-0 winners, the goal coming midway through the first half from Rhys Browne. The game also marked a half-time presentation to the Academy by The Pink'Un Pups of £358 which was the grand total from last seasons campaign.

Norwich City were the unlucky losers in a game of eight goals, in this penultimate FA Premier Academy League U18 fixture of the season. However the game was overshadowed by injuries sustained in the early stages by the Norwich captain McKenzie and Tottenham’s Furlolo.
